  • Amy Giarratana, Owner & LCSW

    Amy is a licensed clinical social worker and supports individuals 16+ in adjusting to change, general mental health issues and specifically eating disorders, in a HAES and Intuitive Eating manner. Amy also works with those dealing with the psychological aftermath of bariatric surgery and GLP-1 use.

    Amy also offers supervision to those working on their clinical license (LCSW).

  • Angel Filosa, LAC

    Angel is a licensed counselor who specializes in working with eating disorders, PTSD/trauma related symptoms, and co-occurring mental health disorders. She utilizes an emotionally focused approach that emphasizes the mindโ€“body connection and the role of emotions in healing.

    With a clinical focus on trauma-specific services, she aims to provide equitable, culturally informed care in a safe and empathic environment, helping individuals improve emotional insight, strengthen self-efficacy, and move toward lasting healing.

    **Angel will be joining the team September 17th, and she is currently accepting new clients.

  • Jaclyn Corrado, LAC, LAAT, ATR-BC

    Jaclyn is a trauma-informed therapist and registered Art Therapist specializing in supporting 14+ navigating the complex journey of eating disorder recovery. Jaclynโ€™s therapeutic methods are most beneficial for young adults and adults.

  • Izzy Smelkinson, LCSW

    Izzy is a gender affirming, size-inclusive, trauma informed licensed social worker. She primarily focuses on working with binge eating disorders, ARFID-esque presentations, and those who have lived with their eating disorder for many years. She also has a special interest of working with later/ self-diagnosed neurodiverse individuals and exploring how sensory intervention can support eating disorder recovery. Izzy mostly works with individuals 17+.

    Izzy is excited to support you in your journey towards self-acceptance, self-compassion, and long lasting recovery.
